What temperature is belzona good for?
This high temperature repair system is designed for metal repair and rebuilding equipment and provides excellent corrosion protection. Under immersion, Belzona 1511 (Super HT-Metal) is suitable for applications up to 150 °C (302 °F).

Can belzona be used on exhaust?
Due to exhaust leaks close to personell gangways, the customer required a fast and effective solution to prevent the gases escaping until the next planned shut-down. The in-situ nature of the Belzona repair allowed this to be done quickly and efficiently saving the customer an unplanned shut-down to replace the pipe.
How do you use a Belzona 9611?
Use Belzona® 9611 to seal live leaks. Force the mixed material into cracks and holes and apply pressure until the material has hardened. This is best achieved using the Belzona® Tourniquet which is available from Belzona distributors. Peel away the Velcro fastener and unroll the rubber strip.
How long does belzona take to dry?
Allow the Belzona® 1511 to cure for at least 6 hours at temperatures above 65°F (18°C). Grit blast to produce a frosted appearance, free of all gloss. A profile of 1.5 mils (40 microns) should be aimed for.
