What is the difference between Brita Elemaris and Marella?
Elemaris. Has the pour through lid, and a higher quality removable water usage meter. Note, the Marella meter is based on time. The Elemaris meter is based on actual water flowing through the jug, which means you’re much more likely to replace the filter when needed.
Is Brita Marella good?
In general, the taste is better than tap water but not as good as mineral water. The chlorine taste tap water is almost gone in Water from Brita filters but you’ll have to get used to the taste. Coffee/tea tastes better (also clearer). I use it for cooking as well and it makes a difference.
