How do I activate my iGive rewards?
To login to your iGive Rewards® account, you need to input your last name, date of birth and last four digits of your donor ID #. iGive Rewards® Points expire if there is a lapse in donations of 30 days or longer and/or if you do not login to your account at least once every 180 days (6 months).
What can you get with iGive rewards?
Our donor rewards program, iGive Rewards®, lets you receive points for every completed donation and turn these points into gift cards or express passes (where eligible).
How do I get my money off my CSL Plasma card?
- Insert the Card into the ATM.
- Enter your PIN.
- If asked which account to access, try selecting “Checking” and if that does not work select “Credit.”
- Press Cash Advance or Withdrawal.
- Remove and count your money.
- Remove the Card and receipt.
- Keep your receipt for your records.
Does CSL Plasma give bonuses?
You could receive a plasma donation referral bonus of 5,000 iGive Rewards® Points when your referral makes their second donation at a CSL Plasma center. Your referral may get up an extra 500 iGive Rewards® Points on top of their normal donation fees on their second donation.

How do I transfer my CSL Plasma card to my bank account?
You can transfer money directly from your card to your bank account by logging in to the cardholder website and clicking on the “Access $” tab. Your bank account number and routing number are required to complete a transfer (you can find this information on a personal check or by contacting your bank).
Can I overdraft my plasma card?
When you do not have enough available funds on your Card to cover Card purchases or ATM withdrawals, we will decline the transaction and you will not be subject to overdraft fees. There is no overdraft/credit feature on your Account.
Can I donate plasma at two different locations?
No. To protect our donors’ health and minimize risk of donating more often than is permitted, donors are not allowed to donate at more than one center.
Is donating plasma painful?
Donating plasma shouldn’t hurt. Donating plasma should feel the same as a regular blood donation. You might feel a stinging sensation when the needle is inserted, but after that, the staff will do its best to make sure that you’re comfortable throughout the donation process.
