Federal Pell awards are based on levels of enrollment: Full Time (12 or more credits), Three-Quarter Time (9 to 11.99 credits), Half Time (6 to 8.99 credits), and Less Than Half Time (3 to 5.99 credits). Loans require students to be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits.

For students: So to log in to your CSN Email your username will be “[email protected]” . Use the same password you use to log into GoCSN. Whenever being asked to log in to a system, use your username/NSHEID.

Failing a class does not force you to pay back your FAFSA financial aid. However, it could put you at risk for losing eligibility to renew it next semester. If you do not make Satisfactory Academic Progress, or SAP, your federal financial aid is at risk of being suspended.
