Oregon Scientific Store, customer service and support is closed, indefinitely. We are Oregon Scientific Store (a retail store) not Oregon Scientific the manufacturer. Additionally, Oregon Scientific (manufacturer) has not provided a way to contact them. As far as we know they are no longer operating in the US.
