What are BLEM bullets?

Usually factory seconds are cosmetic blems, nothing functionally wrong with them. But once in a while, there can be stinkers. Like Hornady rifle bullets with polymer tips — that are missing or squashed. If you get seconds that have some functional defect, try to get Midway to refund on them.
