I’ve always thought of Putney as quite a nice area. It’s tucked in between Barnes (Posh), and Wandsworth (Not so posh), but I wouldn’t say it is especially affluent. Are prices here any different from the rest of London, anyway? Pop in the Bricklayers Arms, in Waterman Street, near the River, for nice local pub.
