Pricing: The prices on Lenskart is far more better than the ones you get near your local store, atleast that was my experience. The frames, even though faulty, were beautiful. I was surprised to see the price tags on eyeglasses in my local store.

I did in-store purchase recently which was fine, thought online also will be same and ordered, but online service is at its worst. Lenskart Goofs Up, and does not do anything about it! It takes around 8–9 days to make a pair of spectacle. When asked about the reason- Salesperson had audacity to ask us to reach out to support team and give lengthy feedback.
