A lot of brides want to know “Is Azazie legit?! ‘ and the answer is “Yes!!” The company was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in San Jose, California. It currently has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and has over 19,000 reviews on their site (most of which are 4-5 stars).
Is Azazie a Chinese company?
We are a US based company with our designs coming out of our LA office and our dresses and accessories made in China, Cambodia and Vietnam. Many of the independent tailors we work with are family-owned businesses and come with decades of combined experience in the garment industry.
Where does Azazie dresses ship from?
All our dresses are made-to-order and currently (as of 6/9/2016) take about 3-4 weeks for production. After they’re made in our warehouse in China, they pass certain quality control inspections and are over to our offices in Mountain View where they’re then shipped out to you!
Is Azazie carried in stores?
We do not have any physical locations as we are an exclusively online company.
Can I steam Azazie dress?
If you need to prepare the dress for the big day, do not use an iron as this may damage the fabric. Steaming is the best way to remove wrinkles from our dresses.

Are Azazie dresses true to size?
At Azazie, we are always working on improving our fit to make sure our dresses help you look your best on the big day. We’ve recently updated our fit and our fit now runs true to size. Please keep in mind that it’s always better to take in a dress (for alterations) than hope that there’s enough fabric to let out.
Does Azazie ship fast?
Our current production time for bridesmaid dresses is 6-7 weeks, in addition to 1-10 days for shipping depending on your region. Because of this, we recommend placing your order at least 4 months before your event date!
Why does Azazie take so long to ship?
The majority of our products are Made to Order, meaning that we only begin sewing them once an order has been placed. Because of this, it can take a few weeks for us to finish making an item before it ships out.
Do you need a bra with Azazie dresses?
No Bra? We work hard to make sure that you have support in our gowns without wearing a bra! We understand that this fit doesn’t work for everyone and that you may still prefer to wear a bra with your gown.
Do crepe dresses wrinkle easily?
