How do you use ray of enfeeblement?

Make a ranged spell Attack against the target. On a hit, the target deals only half damage with weapon attacks that use Strength until the spell ends. At the end of each of the target’s turns, it can make a Constitution saving throw against the spell. On a success, the spell ends.

Does Ray of enfeeblement work on creatures?

Yes. The damage from Hunter’s Mark is reduced by a Ray of Enfeeblement. This is “extra damage”, and uses the same wording as that of the Rogue’s Sneak Attack: Once per turn, you can deal an extra 1d6 damage to one creature you hit with an attack if you have advantage on the attack roll.
