What happened to LMN on directv?
Lifetime will no longer be available to for the Select or Entertainment package. This change will not impacted DIRECTV STREAM Customers. Existing customers may Opt-In and request to keep the Lifetime channel in their channel lineup at no additional cost. Please let us know if this helps.
What is included in U verse Basic?
AT U-verse TV U100, our basic package, with more than 100 of the most viewed channels. Includes one U-verse Receiver. (Customers may add more receivers for $5 each per month and a DVR for $15 a month.)
Why is U-verse On Demand not working?
Try rebooting the receiver in question. If that doesn’t work, reboot the DVR. If that doesn’t work, reboot the gateway and then reboot the DVR and/or receivers.
Is AT U-verse the same as AT TV?
In selected markets, AT began to replace AT U-verse TV with a new service based on its DirecTV Now platform, AT TV, in August 2019. On April 3, 2020, AT began announcing that U-verse would no longer be available to new customers. New customers ended up receiving AT TV for TV service.
What is the On Demand button?
Access On Demand Navigate to TV Shows, Movies or Video Store using the arrow buttons, then press OK/Select. If your remote control has an On Demand button, you can press it once to access TV Shows, twice to access Movies or three times to access the Video Store.
What is replacing AT U-verse?

Can I switch from U-verse to AT TV?
You can upgrade/replace your existing Gateway without switching TV. You do not want to be in the same state with your Internet and trying to watch AT TV over it.
