How often should you use BlanX?
The batteries are also replaceable so there’s no need to replace the LED Bite as often as the toothpaste. BlanX recommend repeating this two week treatment every 3 months to maintain maximum whiteness.

Brush teeth for two minutes twice a day with the toothpaste included in the kit. After brushing insert the LED bite into the mouth and illuminate for 1 minute. Repeat this everyday for two weeks. For a more intensive whitening treatment, with the LED bite for 10 minutes once a week.
