Can I get a refund for my Eurostar voucher?
You can phone Eurostar Reservations (03432 186 186) and say that you’d like your voucher converted to a refund. And they will do it for you.
How do I claim a refund from Eurostar?
To refund your Business Premier ticket, go to Manage your booking and use your six-letter booking reference and last name to log in. Then just click Cancel journey and follow the instructions. We’ll send you an email when it’s all done and the money will appear in your account within five working days.
Can Eurostar tickets be transferred?
Eurostar’s Rail tickets are non-transferable. You cannot do what you intend.
How long are Eurostar vouchers valid for?
You have 2 months to claim an e-voucher to spend on a future booking at eurostar.com. Your voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of your delayed or cancelled train.
Can I sell my Eurostar voucher?

Can I change my Eurotunnel booking more than once?
Doing so is as simple as visiting our booking page. Once there, click on “view or amend a booking”, enter your booking reference and password that was provided with your confirmation email, and you’re all set. Please note that while bookings are amendable, they are subject to availability on the chosen day.

Will Eurostar vouchers be extended?
We’ve extended the expiry date of e-vouchers and gift vouchers due to expire on 30 December 2021 to give you extra peace of mind. You’ll now have until 30 June 2022 to spend them at eurostar.com. Just so you know, we won’t be extending the validity of your e-vouchers or gift vouchers beyond June 2022.
