I read that Ryzen likes even CL’s and that disabling gear down mode helps but when i do that, it doesn’t even boot, just a black screen… any help? Geardown mode allows the memory to run at half speed some of the time, which sometimes allows you to clock the memory slightly higher.
Do Intel processors support gear-down mode?
