Is Medela Pump In Style closed?
The Medela Pump in Style Advanced is not a closed system pump so please remember to take the faceplate off periodically to check for mold. It’s recommended that the faceplate be wiped down monthly. This is my main issue with Medela. They are the only major pump manufacturer with an open system breast pump.
