Are all Campagnolo Freehubs the same?
Campagnolo freehubs are compatible only with Campagnolo cassettes. In late 2000, Campagnolo introduced the Ultra-Drive standard, for greater shifting smoothness. Its 9/10/11-speed freehubs are compatible with all the Ultra-Drive cassettes of either 9, 10, 11 or 12-speed (11t starting cog) with no spacers required.
Can I swap Campagnolo freehub with Shimano?
The basic difference and reason why we need to change freehub bodies between groupsets is that the splines on the body are a different pattern, so a Campagnolo cassette will not slide onto a Shimano/SRAM body. Similarly Campagnolo will not fit on the other.
Can you use Campagnolo cassette with Shimano freehub?
yes you need a shimano cassette but you could buy the campag freehub for your wheel and buy the miche cassette for campagnolo. While shimano and Campagnolo 11 speed spacing are very close they are not identical so eps will shift better on a campag cassette than a shimano.

- Determine the brand: Locate the brand of your existing cassette—most likely it is Shimano, SRAM, or Campagnolo.
- For a Campagnolo cassette, choose a Campy freehub.
- For a Shimano freehub, count the number of gears on the cassette.
- For a SRAM freehub, count the number of gears.
