It does not matter if you kill Morcock, the cuman disguise will still work in all cases. The key is that the character cannot wear any non-Cuman items while in the camp. If you go to the trunk just inside the northern small entrance to the Cuman camp, the trunk will contain a basic Cuman outfit.
