How do I connect my PetSafe collar to my phone?
With the collar powered on, press and hold the button on the collar for two seconds to reconnect Bluetooth. With Bluetooth reconnected, the collar will automatically reconnect to the app.

How do I connect my PetSafe wireless collar?
Place the receiver collar on your pet’s neck or simply hold the collar near enough for your pet to hear the beeping of the collar during training. Put a separate non-metallic collar on your pet’s neck ABOVE the receiver collar and attach a lead. Be sure the extra collar does not put pressure on the contact points.

Many dog owners in my area (Eugene, Oregon) use Fi smart collar and it’s great to connect with them via an app. The support is so responsive as well which is extremely important for electronic products.
Does Fi collar work without Wi-Fi?
Yes. If you don’t have Wi-Fi at home, we do not recommend using Fi.
