Does Trek have lifetime frame warranty?

Is Trek lifetime warranty transferable?
This warranty extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original retail purchaser, and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to Trek bicycles purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor. Trek Bicycle Corporation is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Does Trek warranty cover crashes?
With our Crash Replacement Guarantee, we will provide you with a free replacement helmet if it is involved in a crash within the first year of ownership. Simply contact us or your local retailer with the crashed helmet, original sales receipt, details of the incident, and a return address for your replacement.

How do you use Trek warranty?
Contact an authorized retailer or distributor to initiate a warranty claim. Proof of purchase is required. Subsequent owners (second or later) are entitled to a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase from the retailer on the Trek frame and Trek fork.
How do I know if my Trek bike is registered?
Look for a sticker containing a barcode. This sticker will also contain a string of letters and numbers, many beginning with WTU. This full string of characters is the bike serial number.
Can you return a Trek bike?
Bikes & framesets can be returned within 30 days if in new and unused condition. When you pick up your order or have it delivered, your Trek retailer will review the purchase with you and make sure it meets your expectations. Questions regarding your purchase should be directed to the Trek retailer of delivery.
What voids the Trex warranty?
If the surface of the Product is damaged or punctured, this warranty will be voided. Paint or Other Materials Applied to the Product: If paint or other coating materials are applied to the Product, this warranty will be voided.
Is Trex worth the money?
Trex decks are worth it because you get what you pay for. They cost more than a treated lumber one, making up for your extra outlay of cash at the onset, and will last for years longer than the average treated deck, letting you more than recoup your investment. Trex decks are also low maintenance.
