Can I still claim from QuickQuid?
You can no longer submit new claims or appeal decisions on mis-sold QuickQuid and Pounds to Pocket loans. It’s now too late to submit any new mis-selling claims to QuickQuid or Pounds to Pocket. A dedicated claims portal for those who believed they had been mis-sold to was open between August 2020 and 14 February 2021.
What is happening with quick quid?
QuickQuid went into administration in October 2019 CashEuroNet (CEU), which owns the QuickQuid, Pounds To Pocket and On Stride brands, stopped giving loans and went into administration on 25 October 2019.
How much will QuickQuid pay out?
In its latest progress report, joint administrators at Grant Thornton have revealed that affected borrowers are likely to receive a pay out of between 30p and 50p per £1 of interest, fees and charges paid on their mis-sold loans (plus 8% interest on top). These refunds are expected to be paid by the end of March 2022.
Who has taken over quick quid?
The UK’s biggest payday lender has collapsed into administration, leaving more than a million customers facing financial uncertainty. How do I claim my provident interest back?
To make a claim, set up an account in the Scheme Portal using your Scheme ID Number and registered name found on any letters of emails you have been send by Provident. If you didn’t receive any letters or you can’t find your ID number phone Provident on 0800 056 8936.
Does Amigo go bust?
Yes, as of July 2021, Amigo loans are facing insolvency. A year previous Amigo Loans reported a £27 million loss due to customer complaints and compensation. The investigation cost the company over £126.8 million (!) to process last year.

Are QuickQuid and pounds to pocket the same company?
Most of these were from customers who claim they were given loans they could not afford to repay. QuickQuid is one of the brand names of CashEuroNet UK, which also ran On Stride – a provider of longer-term, larger loans and previously known as Pounds to Pocket.
Has anyone got money back from Provident?
Provident borrowers who were mis-sold loans they couldn’t afford will receive refunds of some of the interest and fees they were charged this July, it’s been confirmed. But they’ll get back less than 10% of what they’re owed.
