How do I set up a second BT TV box?
Very simple set up, plug in near your hub if you have no spare socket the mini connectors have a plug on them so you can plug the hub into the connector then plug the connector into the wall socket, you get 2 ethernet cables as well, link one cable from the connector to the hub.
Can I connect 2 YouView boxes?
You can have as many YouView boxes as you want at home. You can use them to watch Freeview channels and watch On Demand.
Can I connect my BT Vision box wirelessly?
The new BT TV box is wifi-enabled, allowing for a wireless connection with your hub. In bigger properties, we’d suggest taking Complete Wi-Fi for improved coverage, basement to attic.
How can I get BT Sport in another room?
If you’re using the Sky Digital Satellite Platform, you can now watch BT Sport at home on a second TV by subscribing to BT Sport on Sky Second Box. You’ll need a second Sky box and, if you don’t have Sky Q, a second viewing card to order.

Can I connect two TVs to one BT box?
If they are both connected to the broadband, then no. Whichever boots up first will connect to the BT TV server, which will lock the other one out. Interesting as I have two boxes here with one sub – as they replaced an older one.

Why did BT switch between Box 1 and 2?
Both boxes are left in standby when not in use. Today, for no apparent reason, BT TV Entertainment switched boxes. The switch was reversed by removing power from both boxes and then switching Box 1 on before Box 2. Is this a known problem? Is there way of ensuring this cannot happen again?
