What is unfortified flour?
Baker’s Original Unfortified Strong Bread Flour, doesn’t contain any additives just pure Wheat Flour. It’s FREE FROM additives such as Calcium Carbonate, Iron,Niacin, Thiamine or extra Gluten. It can be used for any yeast bakes such as Bread & Pizza either by hand baking or in a bread machine.
Can you buy flour that is not enriched?
