If your account is linked to an activated Parent Account, you can log into the Parent Tools app or use the the link on our website to see all of your Usernames. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to request a Password Reset email by clicking the Forgot your password? option under the Play button.

If you are having a hard time remembering your Animal Jam username, ask your parent to log into their Parent Tools. They will be able to see the username of every player account tied to their Parent Account.
What does the pet adoption token do in Animal Jam?
The Pet Adoption Token can be redeemed for a random pet using the pet adoption machine on the top floor of Claws ‘N Paws. The Pets colors will be randomized. The pets that are created will have the token’s symbol on their side, unlike regular pets.
